CordenPharma Switzerland LLC is seeking an IT Site Lead Europe to own local and decentralized IT/OT operations across multiple sites (team ~16). You will partner with leadership to craft IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure compliant, reliable systems.

The role requires strong leadership, international experience in manufacturing IT, and a track record of delivering IT programs across Switzerland, France, and Portugal. Hybrid work and a competitive benefits package are offered.
