Scope of Work
Project: Plot Plan & Exterior Rendering Development
Project Type: Four-Unit Residential Building (Two Units per Building)
1. Project Overview
The project consists of four identical residential buildings (one mirrored/flipped version). Each building contains two units:

• Unit A: 1,800 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom

• Unit B: 1,200 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom
Lower Level: Kitchen and primary living areas
Upper Level: All bedrooms and bathrooms
The purpose of this scope is to hire a freelance designer to prepare a detailed plot plan and develop exterior rendering concepts based on drawings and information provided.

2. Scope of Services
A. Plot Plan Development
The designer shall:

• Review all provided architectural drawings and site information

• Prepare a scaled plot plan showing:

• Property boundaries (based on provided survey or site dimensions)

• Building footprints and orientation
