We are hiring for an IT Support dispatch project. Candidates will be interviewed by the client, and background verification (BGV) is mandatory. This includes employment, education, criminal, and address verification.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Mode: Dispatch – On-call, ticket-based support
SLA: 4 hours, Same Business Day (SBD) and Next Business Day (NBD) support
Skills & Requirements:
Good knowledge of AV systems, meeting room setups, and video conferencing tools
Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, cabling, connectivity issues)
