Role Description

  • Utilization of Service Now dashboard to drive upcoming requests to conclusion.  
    • This includes: New hires, Break fix replacements, Loan devices Refresh, additional devices, and peripherals
  • The schedular is responsible to ensure that the total number of appointments in each region is manageable by their EUC colleagues
    • White time must also be a key part of the above, to ensure if needed EUC have the capability to schedule any urgent requests from Cast Members and Customer Management
  • Collaborate with all EUC teams (as above) to deploy assets promptly and within SLA / KPI
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.  The scheduler role has many interfaces, including the EUC TC's, Imager, Logistics, Techs and Supervisors and Managers
