Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Information Technology Support Analyst to manage the scheduling of hardware assets. This role involves overseeing hardware requests from the Cast Member, to liaise with other EUC team members, to allow an appointment to be agreed with the Cast Member for delivery, installation, or collection.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilization of Service Now dashboard to drive upcoming requests to conclusion. This includes:
  • New hires, Break fix replacements, Loan devices Refresh, additional devices, and peripherals
  • The schedular is responsible to ensure that the total number of appointments in each region is manageable by their EUC colleagues.
  • White time must also be a key part of the above, to ensure if needed EUC have the capability to schedule any urgent requests from Cast Members and Customer Management.
