We are seeking a highly organized and SEO-savvy Etsy Digital Downloads Manager to lead our digital storefront operations. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Etsy’s algorithm, keyword optimization, and digital product delivery. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing listings for downloadable products—such as planners, templates, and worksheets—while ensuring they are fully optimized for Etsy search visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage digital download listings on Etsy
- Conduct keyword research and implement Etsy SEO best practices
- Write compelling, search‑optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags
- Ensure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot customer access issues
- Design or coordinate product visuals using Canva or Adobe tools
