Job Description

Job Requirements*

  • 6–8 years of experience in ETL / Data Warehouse / BI Testing
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (fact/dimension tables, star/snowflake schema, SCDs)
  • Expertise in ETL testing methodologies, data validation, and reconciliation strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and root cause investigation
  • Experience working with ETL tools (Informatica, Datastage, SSIS, Talend, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience validating BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, BO, etc.)
  • Experience in team management, task allocation, estimation, and delivery tracking
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Domain exposure to BFSI / Insurance / Finance is a strong advantage
