This role is primarily focused on supporting and maintaining the API integration layer and backend systems, with the flexibility to contribute to software development activities when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid software engineering foundation, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand Solution Designs to ensure applications are functioning as intended.

  • Investigate and interpret application logs to identify root causes of issues.

  • Classify and route errors appropriately:
