& SummaryDesign, assess, and deliver Microsoft Teams Voice and enterprise telephony solutions across complex, multi-site IT environments. Lead end-to-end architecture, migration planning, and rollout of unified communications, ensuring alignment with enterprise infrastructure standards and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess existing IT/telephony environments and identify gaps vs. global standards.
  • Design Microsoft Teams Phone solutions including Direct Routing, SBC architecture, dial plans, call routing, and contact center integration (Luware, Anywhere365).
  • Plan and execute migrations: SBC configuration, number porting, Teams Voice policies, network readiness, identity dependencies, and cutover strategies.
  • Coordinate with network, AD/Entra, M365, security, server/client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
