Ethics and Independence Associate

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to be an integral part of the Ethics function (part of the firm’s Quality & Risk Management team) and work towards embedding the culture of quality, ethics, and independence within Forvis Mazars.

Job Role

• Queries & Consultations : Responding to a variety of ethics and independence queries from partners and members of staff from across the firm, requesting additional information, and/or consulting with others when required to resolve.
• Monitoring : Performing ethics and independence related monitoring per the annual monitoring plan.
• Regulatory : Assisting the leadership in the Ethics function in responding to regulatory queries and inspections.
• Strategy : Supporting the leadership in the Ethics function in the design and implementation of systems, controls, and processes.
