The opportunity

The ET Source to Settle Support Analyst will be responsible for owning the support services for Enterprise Technology Business Management Operations purchase requests and invoices for specific Service lines and EY Technology sub function. Exceptional customer service skills are key to success. The Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring an efficient purchase request process by monitoring purchase request processes end to end and handling each request according to KPI’s and SLA timeframes.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Review incoming Technology purchase requests and invoices, for accuracy and completeness and take ownership of all requests assigned

  • Analyze each request against an agreed upon checklist for acceptance or follow up with the requestor

  • Follow process guidelines for constructing and creating the request in the firm’s procurement tool
