This combination role focuses on estimating construction projects while providing project management support throughout the project lifecycle. The position ensures accurate cost projections, competitive bidding, and efficient project execution for retail construction projects across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation (Primary Focus)
• Perform detailed takeoffs using company-standard estimating forms.
• Analyze subcontractor bids for accuracy and competitiveness, considering equipment and site constraints.
