- Estimating materials and labor single family housing and four plexes
- Ordering materials
- Issuing purchase orders to subtrades and suppliers
- Providing updates to General Manager as requested
- Multi Family Project Management
Project managing multi family construction projects ranging from 12 plexes to 32 plexes
- Material and labor estimating
- Issuing and managing subcontracts
- Ordering materials
- Issuing purchase orders
- Submittal review and processing
- Procore Document Management
- Providing updates to General Manager as requested
