ABOUT US:

ICI Contracting is a Toronto-based commercial construction company specializing in office renovations, retail fit-outs, institutional upgrades, and interior construction projects. We work with private and government clients and manage projects from budgeting through close-out.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Perform quantity take-offs (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical)
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
  • Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
  • Level bids and compare scopes
  • Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain cost database and historical pricing
  • Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required
