Job Description
Job duties:
- Estimating materials and labor for single-family housing and four-plexes
- Ordering materials
- Issuing purchase orders to subtrades and suppliers
- Providing updates to the General Manager as requested
- Managing multi-family construction projects, ranging from 12 to 32 plexes
- Material and labor estimating
- Issuing and managing subcontracts
- Submittal review and processing
- Procore Document Management
Qualifications:
- Estimating or project management experience
- Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Procore experience; an asset
- MS Project experience; an asset
