Overview

As an intermediate to senior level Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed project estimates, ensuring they meet the required standards in line with contractual obligations as well as company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates at various stages of the design process, from conceptual design to pre-tender stage
• Review and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, subcontract, and construction teams to ensure accurate reflection of requirements in cost estimates
• Perform cost risk assessments and probabilistic simulations to establish project contingency and project reserve
