Our client is a leader in their space for projects around North America.

They are looking for an Estimator to join their team on-site to oversee construction project opportunities for the company. The role will complete project estimates, budget development and work with all bid processes.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all bids meet tender requirements and company policies.

Serve as main contact with customers on pre-order project matters.

Prepare and submit bid documents per contract specifications.

Manage contract scope, track bid changes, and update addenda.

Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating major issues to management.

Collaborate with Finance to update cost data and improve margins.
