About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support multifamily and senior living construction projects in Tulsa.

This person will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project plans, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and helping the team understand project costs from preconstruction through buyout.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily, senior living, assisted living, and large-scale residential projects
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and identify material, labor, and subcontractor costs
