Review Plans and Specifications
Study architectural drawings and project documents to understand the scope of work, materials, and design details.
Quantity Takeoffs
Measure and calculate the quantities of materials required for the project.
Cost Estimating
Use vendor quotes and historical costs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
