KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare roofing estimates by reviewing architectural drawings, roofing plans, specifications, and related documents. Perform roofing take-offs (shingles, metal roofing, tiles, underlayment, flashing, insulation, accessories, labor, etc.). Prepare and present estimates using Plan Swift, Auto CAD, Bluebeam Revu, or similar estimation software. Create detailed reports and summaries by roofing trade type using Plan Swift Report Designer...
