- Review architectural drawings, millwork details, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs for cabinetry, wood paneling, furniture, hardware, and finishes
- Prepare detailed labor and material cost estimates
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors
