Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator & Pricing Analyst to support our acoustical panel production and installation projects. This role is responsible for reviewing bid documents, performing accurate quantity takeoffs from architectural plans, and preparing precise cost estimates and pricing proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze bid forms, RFQs, and project specifications to extract required information for estimating
• Perform detailed quantity and dimension takeoffs from architectural and construction plans
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for acoustical panel production, materials, labor, and installation
• Develop pricing summaries and proposals based on project scope and requirements
