 Estimator – Flooring (Remote, Night Shift)
Salary: $1,300 – $1,400 / month (USD)
Work Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippines Time (US Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in commercial flooring projects. This role requires expertise in blueprint reading, takeoffs, and the use of Measure Square software. You will work closely with the Head of Estimating and Project Managers to deliver accurate, timely, and professional project estimates for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed flooring takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates using Measure Square software, including material quantities and project notes
