POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team, focused on multi‑family residential projects across British Columbia. This role is based in Victoria and plays a critical part in the preconstruction process, supporting accurate, competitive, and well‑planned bids from early budgeting through final tender. The ideal candidate brings strong estimating fundamentals, hands‑on multi‑family experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with preconstruction, operations, and project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, and budgets for multi‑family residential projects
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities
  • Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
