Job Title: Estimator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

Salary: $225 per week

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for various construction projects. The ideal candidate understands constructability, thinks outside the box, and works well in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
• Assist in compiling and analyzing cost estimates for projects
• Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure comprehensive bid proposals
• Utilize on-screen takeoff software

Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience with quantity takeoff and estimating
• Strong understanding of construction processes
