Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings, accurately understanding client requirements.
• Review drawings and perform material take-off, marking areas and listing quantities to prepare quotations.
• Use the company's internal system to generate and organize quotation sheets, then submit them to clients.
• Communicate with clients and adjust drawings or quotations based on feedback.
• Assist in verifying contracts and purchase orders for accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related field preferred; strong spatial awareness and ability to read plans.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, CAD, or similar markup/drafting tools is an advantage.
• Quick learner, able to grasp renovation knowledge and internal systems efficiently.
• Good English communication skills, capable of liaising with clients via email or phone.
