Job Description
Contribute to a sustainable future as an Estimator for Utility-Scale Wind Projects with Quanta Services. This key role focuses on the estimation and planning of large wind energy initiatives from the Calgary office.
The Estimator will develop detailed cost projections for 100 MW+ wind projects while collaborating closely with project managers and engineering teams. This position also supports solar project estimations and vendor management, ensuring optimal performance and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare crew-based estimates integrating historical data
• Create execution plans alongside construction staff
• Conduct detailed bid reviews and risk analyses
• Serve as a liaison for clients regarding project estimates
