An established regional contractor is looking to strengthen their commercial team with a skilled Estimator, experienced or intermediate.
With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the
Commercial and Industrial sectors, this growing business is expanding rapidly and seeks a proactive professional to join their experienced team.
Working with an experienced commercial team, duties will include:
* Provide advice on estimating strategies and best practice
* Review tender documents thoroughly and accurately
* Source and obtain competitive quotes for sub-contractor packages and materials
* Prepare precise estimates for competitive tenders
* Collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveying team
* Maintain tender logs and file all bid documentation
