Electrical, HVAC/R, or Plumbing Estimator
Our client, a leading multi-trade partner delivering HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation services across Western Canada, is expanding their team of Estimators as they head into a major growth phase. This is your opportunity to work on bigger, more complex, and rewarding projects while contributing to long‑term client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Review construction documents and collaborate with project managers, sales, and field teams to define project scopes
- Complete accurate material and labor takeoffs using Bluebeam and internal tools
- Identify value engineering and cost‑saving opportunities
- Present and defend estimates confidently to internal teams or clients
- Maintain and update supplier pricing for improved accuracy and speed
- Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen technical, communication, and negotiation skills
