 Estimator our Client may require the services of an Estimator to support the Transmission Program Management team.

  •  A-1.4.1  Essential duties and responsibilities  Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed cost estimates for transmission projects, including overhead and underground lines, substations, and asset replacement or upgrade programs   Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, standards, and scopes of work to support estimate development   Complete detailed quantity take-offs and determine labour, equipment, and material requirements   Apply standardized estimating methodologies, unit rates, and historical cost data  Page 10 Schedule “A”  Identify estimating assumptions, cost drivers, risks, and uncertainties, including development of escalation and contingency allowances   Collaborate with Engineering and Construction to assess constructability, seq...
