Job Description



The company is seeking a skilled Estimator / Kalkulator to support the delivery of industrial, commercial, and residential turnkey construction projects. The role focuses on cost estimation, BIM-based quantity take-offs, subcontractor procurement, and commercial risk evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the independent cost calculation of turnkey building construction projects
  • Development of budgets and cost estimates using 3D BIM models
  • Creation of quantity take-offs and cost planning using Allplan (Nemetschek), Nevaris, or comparable tools
  • Preparation of service specifications in accordance with German standards (VOB/BGB/DIN)
  • Obtaining, analysing, and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
  • Participation in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
