  • At least 2 years of experience as a Construction Estimator

  • Experience in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating tools (Groundplan, Ascora, EstimateOne, or similar)

  • Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the estimation and contracts function by preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects remain commercially viable. This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction estimating background who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
