Tasks
Read and analyze plans and specifications to prepare cost and material estimates. Analyze the projects and estimate the time, costs, and materials required for each. Prepare tender packages and analyze received bids. Draft and compile submissions in collaboration with management. Contribute to the management and tracking of ongoing projects. Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules. Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and compare pricing. Participate in site visits when required. Perform any other related tasks contributing to project success. Advantages
