Job Description

Kent Homes is seeking an Estimator (Engineering) in commercial construction to play a key role in the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive, high‑quality project estimates and proposals. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Estimator is responsible for reviewing commercial construction tenders and RFQs, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, and coordinating the complete bid submission process.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and external partners.

• Review commercial construction RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
