Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects up to $20M - multifamily and hotel projects are appreciated.
• Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
