Job & Company description: Our client is a well-established international projects and infrastructure business specialising in exhibitions, large-scale builds, interiors, and temporary structures. Operating in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment, they deliver complex projects across commercial, retail, and event spaces, combining design, technical execution, and strong commercial oversight to produce world-class project outcomes. You will prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs from technical drawings, manage project budgets, and monitor profitability throughout project execution. The role includes supplier engagement, tender coordination, subcontractor evaluation, variation costing, and financial reporting. You will work closely with design, commercial, and operations teams to ensure projects remain commercially viable from initial brief through to final handover.
