- Prepares estimates for projects by analyzing specifications, proposals, and other relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy throughout the full-cycle bid process.
- Assists in developing bid strategies for competitive tender projects, providing technical input on project and contract risks.
- Accurately determines scopes of work and conceptual estimates by drawing on experience, reviewing proposal specifications, and attending pre-bid meetings.
