PSR Solutions are working with a market leading contractor within the Demolition Sector to recruit an Estimator to Join their Pre-Construction team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the Birmingham.

Estimator Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the estimating function for Demolition projects.
Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to fully understand project requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, plant, labour, subcontractors, and preliminaries.
Identify and evaluate project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
Manage and coordinate subcontractor and supplier enquiries, ensuring competitive quotations are obtained.
Lead tender adjudication meetings, presenting costs, risks, and commercial considerations to senior management.
Support bid submissions with written methodology, programme input, and supporting documentation.
