Responsibilities
- End-to-End Tendering: Lead the tendering process for complex residential or commercial projects, ensuring all bids are competitive, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Plan Interpretation: Review and understand architectural and structural plans to determine project scope.
- Cost Estimation: Perform detailed take-offs and costings, including labor, materials, and specialized sub-contractor requirements.
