We are looking for a highly organised Estimator & Admin Support to assist a busy cabinetry and stone benchtop business. You will work closely with the principals and team, managing estimates from start to finish. This role suits someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for cabinetry and stone benchtop projects while meeting target margins
Communicate with clients daily via phone and email
Clarify project scope and details with clients when required
Source and verify material pricing for estimates
Prepare tender cover sheets for management review
Maintain accurate records in estimating pipelines and reports
Deliver estimates within agreed deadlines
Requirements
Experience in estimating or a similar role (preferred)
Confident using CRM systems and Excel
