Estimation & Proposal Engineer

Job Summary

The Estimation & Proposal Engineer in an Engineering Consultancy is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, bid documentation, and technical proposals for consulting services and engineering projects. The role supports business development by developing competitive proposals, fee estimates, and tender submissions in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents for consultancy and engineering services.
• Analyze project scope, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, engineering man-hour estimates, and consultancy fee proposals.
• Develop technical proposals including project understanding, methodologies, work plans, schedules, and staffing plans.
