Estimation Manager

Position Overview:

Altrview is looking for an experienced Estimation Manager – Civil with a strong background in civil estimation and government project management. The role focuses on accurate cost estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and technical evaluation for a wide range of civil infrastructure works excluding tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete estimation and costing process for civil engineering projects, specifically for government infrastructure works.
• Review drawings, specifications, GFC details, scope of work, and project requirements to prepare accurate BOQs and cost sheets.
• Perform detailed rate analysis, material take-offs, quantity surveying, and labor/resource costing.
