Estimation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

● Prepare technical and commercial proposals per clients RFQ or ITB and responsible for clarification proposals, negotiations, or meeting with clients during the pre-award stage.
● Prepare preliminary equipment and manpower loading, prepare the material take offs.
● Prepare and maintain the cost and unit rate in the data base.
● Work closely with Project Management, Procurement and Engineering Design to ensure all aspects in the scope of work required by client and offered by suppliers/ sub-vendors are covered in the proposal and ensure that profit is well kept.
● To work together with Senior Estimator in computation of cost estimates and preparation of tender documents.
● Responsible for clarification proposals have been duly approved by the Management according to the limit of Authorities in the Company policy prior to the proposal being relieved to clients.
