  • Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams
  • Request and evaluate quotations from vendors and suppliers
  • repare technical and commercial bid submissions
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks
  • Maintain estimation records and databases
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control during execution
