Estimating Manager

Position Overview

The Estimating Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing centralized estimating services across residential construction projects nationwide, including both single-family and multi-family developments. This position leads a team of estimators while ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and consistent cost estimates.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance team management with active involvement in estimating, while driving process improvements, strengthening trade relationships, and supporting strategic business decisions.
