About The Role

The Estimating Manager leads a team of estimators in a multi‑discipline construction environment, overseeing the full estimating process from take‑off through to final pricing and bid submission on projects ranging from small to multimillion‑dollar contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring bid accuracy, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, and identifying safe, efficient construction methods. This position plays a key role in driving successful bids, improving estimating strategies, and supporting the growth of the construction division.
