Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in driving estimating accuracy, managing costs, and supporting the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role

Working with Databuild and Onsite Companion, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the estimating team
• Preparing and reviewing BOQs, material take-offs and project estimates
• Reviewing preliminary plans, working drawings and specifications
• Preparing budgets and customer proposal estimates
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring alignment with budgets
• Negotiating and maintaining supplier and subcontractor pricing
