Are you a proactive and organised administrator who wants to support a busy estimating team in a growing contractor environment? We’re recruiting for an Estimating Administrator to support the Estimating Manager of a well-established refurbishment and fit-out contractor with a turnover of around £4 million and multiple live projects.

Your Role

Assist the Estimating Manager with tender enquiries and submissions

Upload and manage tender documentation and associated correspondence

*

Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors to collect pricing and scope responses

*

Maintain and update project folders, trackers and databases

*

Provide general estimation-team administration and co-ordination
