The Council has bold ambitions for Sheffield and the Council has commenced an exciting period of transformation. The Regeneration and Property Team are working on creating new neighbourhoods including residential and commercial, leisure and cultural development.

As a constructive member of the Regeneration and Property Team, you will be expected to;

  • Provide professional, efficient and cost-effective estate management services and
  • Provide practical advice to Council Directorates / Services on accommodation needs and the operational estate. 

  • Support delivery of the Council's vision for growth and achieve Directorate / Service targets enabling a positive impact for the people of Sheffield.

    • We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with;

  • Preferably MRICS with post-qualification experience relevant to the role

  • Expertise in commercial negotiations, asset appraisal and problem solving
