We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Estate Assistant to join a dedicated team maintaining weing, safe, and well-keptmunities across Crawley.This is more than just a maintenance role — it’s about creating environments residents are proud to call home.
What you’ll be doing:
Every day will be varied and active, you’ll be:

Maintaining grounds and gardens (lawns, shrubs, planting and upkeep)

Keepingmunal indoor areas clean, safe and presentable

Identifying and reporting issues like repairs, fly-tipping, and graffiti

Working closely with residents, colleagues, and contractors

Helping ensure estates are well-maintained, safe, and weing

What we’re looking for:
